Online payment says failed but the money is debited from my account

I purchased 18 GoldAir Split Air Cooler online. I was assisted Zizipho Zongola from the start to end and she did a stunning job.

The online payment system looks like it was never tested as it says failed but my account is being debited. I send through the proof of payment and Zizipho called me back to give me Feedback.

If you really want us to buy from online store just make sure IT department does their job and test the application thoroughly.
