Online Payment Failure - **** customer service OR lack there Off.

Went online to the builders online site to purchase a dinning room table for R12 445 - took instant EFT option - money was successfully deducted from my bank account and transferred to the ABSA account of builders whse but the online site stated 'payment failure' - this happened on the 22March 2021 - its being over a week now try to get them to sort this out but have being given the run around - also tried to chat to someone higher up the ladder but never get pass the call center agents and each time they state they someone will contact me but it does not happen...and in the meantime they have my R12 445 earning some interest...Nice business they are running. Don't use the online option - it's ****.
