Online orders not to be trusted
Bought online on 03.01.2019 delivery date 15.01.2019. Phoned them 15.01.2019 to find out when gate will be delivered. All to find out the supplier closed down they looking for a new supplier. Nobody phoned me to inform me of this, order was placed with no problem money deducted immediately from my account. They can not give me a date on when it will be delivered and told me someone will phone me. Of-course they cant tell me when I will be contacted by "someone" as he don't know who it will be. No phone call no apology nothing. Very disappointed and no idea when I will receive it or if I will

This is certainly not what we want happening to any of our customers who have placed orders online and to find that it hasn’t gone the way it’s expected.
