Online orders don't work

On 15/02/2022 I went onto the Builders Warehouse website, I selected the Rustenburg branch for my product purchase.

I wanted to buy a orchid which was on special. The website displayed 9 in stock so I purchased one and selected the collection date. When I went for collection they informed me there was no stock. The people at the collection desk told me stock would come "Thursday".

When I looked on my order dashboard again the collection date was moved to 30/03/2022. I have tried all the customer support lines for help to resolve this issue and to get a refund. My emails are simply not rep**** to at all.
