Online order still not received after 3 weeks!

Placed an order online #*** from Builders Warehouse City on 21/07/2020. Items showed in stock and still no order received. Called the call-center, email to complain and still no one is able to assist me. This is not the first time this has happened and previously I had to cancel my order. I will not be using Builders-online again will be avoiding their stores as well. Pathetic service with no accountability.
