Online order refund nightmare

I bought a Push mover online the 30th of November, 5 days later I were informed that it is out, and delivery will only by mid January, I used the option to cancel and requested a refund, I had to submit banking statement and proof of Bank account, I ended up sending it twice, i waited and waited, no refund I sent a mail again to Ofelia Sethwane, she promise to follow up with debtors, I eventually Phoned customer care after several Unanswered Mails, I were then told my request for immediate refund is unreasonable, now it is Christmas and my family's Christmas day is spoiled due to Builders still have not Refunded me. This is totally not acceptable as their website says a refund can take up to 7 working days,it is now already 16 DAYS.
