Online order placed a month ago still not delivered

This is specifically related to Builders Newmarket.

I’ve ordered and paid online a month ago. No delivery as yet. 2 calls to the customer care line has not resolved the issue. Every time they try and call the Newmarket branch, the don’t answer. I’m promised call backs to no avail. Had one at an inconvenient time (didn’t have the order nr with me), asked when he could phone again and never returned my call. He wasn’t very happy about calling me in the first place. General call centre was very friendly but to no avail. Also promised call backs that didn't happen. Please can somebody give me feedback on order number: ***?. I just want a delivery date and that you will deliver when promised.
