Online order not functioning
Waiting 3 weeks fora item i ordered online and paid in full just to be told by the staff that they don't have it! Why then even bother to order online at all?

Looking at the negative reviews on Hellopeter about Builders Warehouse you have your work cut out for you. Just to put this into perspective, i actually bought this item from Builders Warehouse in June but the lady at the till did not put the item into the packet. I was in the process of moving house and could not return to enquire about this. I decided to order one online and just to collect it. When i got there one day later than the email indicated the staff did not even have an idea where the item is....
