Online order not cancelled

Order no: *** You cannot cancel online orders on Builders website. So I tried to cancel this order for 2 days. I called the call centre and spoke to 2 *********** agents who both told me someone would contact me back. Not only ***********, but rude as well, a tragic combination for an employee. Of course, as I expected, no one contacted me back. So I emailed *** several times asking to cancel this order, and of course it was delivered instead. You cannot return and refund from their website either. So I followed the instructions on their website and clicked the link https://www.builders.co.za/returns-and-refunds, which took me to the same page I was on, with no option to refund. I've given up on the call centre, as I cannot put myself through the trauma of such extreme incompetence again. So I emailed *** to ask for a refund. And I expect my email to go unanswered yet again. How can I now get this order returned and refunded? I've run out of options.
