Online order no delivery of items that reflected in stock

After many phone calls and promises I still do not have the items that I’ve paid for and no delivery date. Disgusting service. Never again will I put myself through this. I think it’s time to start supporting the little guy that actually respects you as a customer instead of these big corporations where we are nothing but a number.
