Online Order never received.

Hi there, I bought a Mirror online, on the 24th November for collection on 25th November and till today, I dont have a Mirror or a refund. I have gone to the store twice, i have emailed Builders Warehouse numerous times i have called them, i have gone onto their live chat and still nothing. No Phonecalls, no email notifications, NOTHING. They advised out of stock, when i went to the store the 1st time, but i have never received a phone call advising this. On Tuesday, i finally received a phonecall from JHB head office to find out if i have had delivery. This fustrated me even more! The person on the call said he would call me back as he was not like the others, and yet, today is Friday the 11th December and still no call and still no product. This is truely pathetic service and I DONT RECOMMEND that anyone ever orders anything online from Builders! As who knows if you will ever receive it!!!
