Online order logistic nightmare

I ordered a total of 9 items, 2 items were cancelled, I received 2 separate deliveries, one delivery had a leaking container, and the other one had an item missing. The items were packed in a sealed WallMart box, so only after accepting the delivery and opened the package I noticed that the order was incomplete... How is it possible to mess up a simple online order like this???
