online order disaster

I ordered a handful of small items from the online store on the 8th of Dec. The confirmation email stated delivery will be on the 9th On the morning of the 10th I still did not receive my order so i started calling. Loads of excuses followed by the eventual " we will call you back" At 2pm i called again. more BS and the i was promised that the order is on its way. Skip ahead to 16:30 and still no order. I tried to call but cannot get through, Called from my wife's phone and call gets answered. Tried mine again and some store...just 3 beeps and then the calls ends. Builders have now blocked my number.

The call from my wife's phone just went in circles. PRetty much because i selected home delivery and not in store delivery they cannot give me an answer as to what is going on or when I will get my order. When i asked for a manager the phone call was abruptly terminated. If you check their FB page there are multiple complaints about online orders. Stay well clear from these fools
