Online Order- disappointing

So i placed an online order on the 28.04.2022, and I am still waiting for item to be available for pickup. Ridiculous!!! I have phoned the call centre twice, second time being today, still waiting for somebody to get back to me. Item is still advertised on website. I do not want a refund, I just want the item i paid for and ordered, or a replacement item. If i ordered from overseas, maybe i would have gotten item faster.
