Online order complaint- Builders Warehouse Zambezi

I would like to report the poor service received from Builders Warehouse Zambezi.

They contacted me this morning informing me that the courier is there to collect the order I have placed online, but that the order has been short paid with R45 - which I cannot understand since the online system takes you straight to instant eft and I paid the full online value.

I then asked them to give me their banking details in order to pay the R45. They were going to call me back, but never did.

I then received a sms telling me my order has been picked up by the courier and will be delivered today. When I called the courier just now, he informed me that they withheld my order due to short payment.

I contacted Builders Warehouse Zambezi and was promised a call back within 10 minutes. I am still waiting. The customer service at this branch in absolutely non-existant.

Secondly, I have placed an order on the 6th of November for a bag of crack filler and small gardening gloves which I have not yet received. I have queried this order twice and only received a call this morning informing me that they do not have and cannot find stock of the small sized gloves. I asked if they have other similar gloves in a small size in stock and I will pay the difference. Once again, nobody called me back.

I will not order from Builders Warehouse again since it seems the online pricing and stock levels are incorrect.
