Online Order

I placed an order online, Friday 29 April. Once I have done the payment, it showed online thay the payment failed. I have waited till Wednesday to check my bank account and the payment went through and hasn't been reversed. I went to the store to check on my order and the order didn't show on their system even though the payment went through. They phoned head office and they requested the we send through the proof of payment. Since then no one kept in touch regarding the progress of my order and the payment was made. Very disappointed in Builders Warehouse's service!!!
