Online order and still no delivery.

Builders never been a store that I liked and they just confirmed it again. Placed an online order 3 weeks ago. Stock arrived damaged. Sent it back, waited 2 weeks no feedback. We had to follow up with them as they just cannot pick up a phone and get back to you or give you any updayes. They said they have ordered and received new stock and we need to come in and have a look if im happy with the stock so that they can deliver. Suprise suprise the stock is what i have sent back. Waste my time, fuel and patience for a useless company. Why did i placed an online order in the first place if i need to go in to the store. Now another week and i can promise you they are not going to do anything. Why lie and take your customers for a fool. My money is not damage and the best of all, they just going to reply to this that they are so sorry and that is where it going to stay. Not that they going to resolve anything or do anything about their services. Maybe deliver on your promises and stop lyingto your customers. I for sure will not be a customer again of your stores. Rather pay more and go to another company that value their customers and not ***** your money because that is what you have done at the moment. Stole my money as i have not received anything back for it. Update: Like i said they will only reply with a sorry and nothing will happen. Quick to reply i must follow the link, provide my details and they will get back to me. Done that and it is just radio silence. No response, nothing. Still no confirmation when if ever i will get the stock paid for. Quick to take your money but do not think you are going to get service or stock or feedback. Do not try and get hold of Victoria the branch manager as she is never in and like Josiah and Jannie will never get back to you. All full of sorry's and promises but cannot deliver on anything. Advise take your money and run. Spend it at Leroy or Chamberlains much better options. Massmart can take the Game route with Builders and close down the branches as they are useless.
