Online order

I ordered online on the 18th of July and my delivery was supposed to come on the 3rd of August it has been a week since and nothing. I have tried to contact customer services but they were completely helpless nobody could tell me when my product would be delivered nevertheless I experienced the exact helplessness from customer service when i try to cancel my online order, they say somebody will phone me back when they canceled my order it has been 2 days and no phone call i am still waiting on this day I will never buy from builders warehouse online or physical store again and will tell everyone it is a waste of time and money
