I don’t see the point of Builders Warehouse online store. Anything you order takes “literally weeks” to deliver. Even worse, I ordered items online from my local outlet (Constantia Berg) which are indicated as ‘in stock’, so I opted to ‘collect’ as part of the check-out, knowing all too well that door-to-door delivery will take forever. Only to be shocked in learning that I can collect in “17 days” time. IF ITEMS ARE IN STOCK, WHY THE HELL DOES IT TAKE 17 DAYS TO GET THE ITEMS OFF THE SHELF????? Your online shop SUCKS!!!! Either get with the online program like Takealot, etc, or just shut it down!

I'm sorry that we didn't have stock of the items when you went to collect at store.

I understand that this can be frustrating. I am currently looking into the issue and will contact you as soon as I have further information.

Positive feedback. I had a call from Constantia Berg outlet. They confirmed that the online website is a mess. However kudos to Constantia Berg. Not only did they resolve my original order problem, but they delivered a separate order which was only due on Thursday next week, AND delivered it with my collection order to my door today. Thank you Constantia Berg, you guys rock. As far as your website goes, that problem remains. If you want to sell stuff online, you REALLY need to step it up a number of notches.
