Online chaos

I bought and paid for an article online on 22-09-15 and went to fetch it on 22-09-16 at the Strubens valley branch where I had to wait for 55 minutes before I was told that they couldn't find the article and that the purchase will be reversed whilst their web page indicated that they have 6 of these items in stock. Despite traveling 22 kilometers to fetch the item I now also must wait up to 5 working days for my money to be reversed back into my account. Very unprofessional and will definitely not recommended to anyone.
