One star too generous

Not even worth a star. Ordered something online 25/11, opted for delivery, never happened. It had been escalated, even got a couple of calls from some geezer, but still nothing. Cancelled today 10/12, took 30 minutes airtime, finally got thru to branch, requested cancellation & refund. The refund I got was a credit, back on the phone, I have to fill in a form with my ID and banking details, and send that off to some random person. Not doing that, going to the bank to get the refund. I will never use this unprofessional and frustrating bunch again.
