One sided mirror door with lock on left hand side

Good day I went to your store mid September. We were told that the one sided mirror bathroom door with the lock on the left hand side has been sold out but that one could be ordered. A guy tried to assist us, but he didn’t know that we were supposed to pay before he could order the door for us, so he phoned us back the next week and we came to the store on the weekend of 24 September to pay for the door. The guy that assisted us said it should take approx. 1 week for the door to arrive and that they would phone us. We have not heard anything back, so 2 weeks later, we visited the store. The gentleman that assisted us knew nothing about this order as the guy that assisted us 2 weeks ago was not in. He promise to get the guy to phone us the coming week, which never happened. Why no one can help you if the other person is not in, I dont understand. I’ve been phoning the store, been sent from pillar to post, eventually got through to someone who tried to assist, but I still dont know if this door was ever ordered and when I can expect it. Its a month later and no one knows where the door is or know what to tell me when I phone. I need to know when the door will arrive. I already paid for it. Almost R4000. Not to mention all the moneys I've spend for loads of tiles etc. at the same store. Pls get back to me ASAP. I need to know when I can expect my door. I am sooo disappointed.
