One Month Later and No Feedback......Shocking

I went into your store a month ago and spoke to Simon regarding a basin that I needed for my existing (Basin and cupboard set) that I purchased from Builders Warehouse in Nandi drive. My wife had dropped a vase on mine and it cracked so I was told that it is possible if I just wanted the basin, All they needed to do was speak to the buyer/supplier. Two weeks later and still no follow up, I then went into the store and I spoke to Simon who remembered but forgot about me as my name was still in the book. I was very upset and that's when Billy stepped in and assured me that he would give me feedback by the end of that day.Another two weeks have passed and to date no feedback at all. This is very sad as I always shop at your store and love your brand.
