Old Tank with no parts

Ordered a backwash tank as advertised in the photo attached. The product was ordered online and delivered all scratched and dirty, no attachments like in the photo advertising it which is both misleading and annoying as now I have to go to the store again, could have saved delivery fee if I had known. I went to the store in Northgate and spoke to the delivery department who confirmed it should come with parts but the manager was busy and would phone me to arrange delivery of the missing parts. Obviously, no one called and I never got the parts I paid for.
