Oh JoJo tank where art thou?

If ever you feel the need to order something from Builders online, dont. I placed an order for a JoJo tank (something they claimed was in stock). They are a but large, so I would not be able to collect myself. Delivery date was scheduled for 15 September initially. Its now almost 1 month later, and still no delivery. I have had to contact THEM 5 times to try and find out exactly what was going on to no avail. The last delivery date is now three days ago and still nothing (they did finally phone me to say they would deliver....). I am trying to maintain my sense of humour, but its beginning to fray. To call this experience pathetic doesnt even come close. If I thought they wouldnt mess that up as well, I would just cancel the order. Also, since the raining season is just about done in Cape Town, this is just salt in the wound - looks like we have now missed out. So frustrating.
