Nothing to build

In December it was my birthday and I received a R200.00 voucher from builders. When I ordered online (which was a condition of purchase) and wanted to pay my payment was rejected. That is when my problem started. I notified them and was told to retry which I did and again it did not work.

I received an email that my problem was attended to. Since 4 January I did not hear from them. Why give a voucher if you not going to honour it. I will not be visiting builders anytime soon.
