Not the item we saw on the floor

We bought a new freezer from Builders Warehouse in Witbank Yesterday 29 Dec.The one we bought had "Goldair" on the door.It also has the same name on the box.We stay in Secunda(90 km from Witbank)When we opened the box,the name on the freezer is Hyundai.I have tried to phone the store in Witbank so they can explain to me how to handle this,should I it break and I have to claim for it-because the invoice also has Goldair on it.But its a recorder that answers and then they tell you to stsy on the line,but they drop the call.I also tried phoning their head office but the same thing happened.So I want to know what they are going to do to rectify this.You cant pay for one brand and get another in its place.I am not traveling all that way again,they can come pick it up and replace it with the correct one.If only I could get a hold of someond to speak to
