Not happy with service at Builders Superstore Protea Glen

Today DD 2020/10/18 I was at Builders Superstore Protea Glen round about 11:30. I stood on information desk and I was only helped by 12:00 pm and I stood again on a queue to pay, guess what only one till was working. I was so frustrated, when you look around everybody is all over the place, you don't know who to ask for help. When you approach one of them they show you information desk and people pretend to be busy.
