Not happy with Builder's Warehouse

I reported recently that after sharing my experience with Builder's Warehouse on Hellopeter, I was contacted by them and they asked for my cell number so they could contact me. That was on the 21st July. They tried to call me a few times, but stopped the call before I had a chance to answer, or when I did answer they put down immediately as I think they couldn't hear me. There was no time for me to make myself heard, nor did they call back again. Eventually on the 29th July my son, in frustration, actually had to go in to the Rivonia store to sort out the problem. This was not done to our satisfaction. We are not feeling very positive about the service from Builders Warehouse!!
