Not Happy

I bought a concrete wash-trough,Firstly they didn't have stock, then they offered me a broken one, Then when i called the number on my slip :0860-008-901, For help i got redirected 4 times by sulky and rude operators on the last redirect i had the phone put down in my ear. when i phoned again. the same thing happened redirect after redirect. eventually I get helped by a poor soul who has to deal with a really ****ed off client. This is not on. how do you expect people to respect your company when your call center and store staff cant show the slightest effort to help a client?
