Not delivering goods purchased

Please can someone assist my parents. They bought a dishwasher from Builders Castle Gate Erasmus Park on 27 Nov 2020 including delivery, to date this has not been delivered. Everyday they promise it will be delivered the next day. Today they said it will be delivered this afternoon. Still nothing after 12 days. The staff is not very helpful. Assistance would be much appreciated.
