Not customer friendly,dont follow instructions

On SEVERAL occasions i had purchased large amount of items from Builders Trade Depot Vredenburg. The basic bad customer service from the 'Builders Desk' is **********. They do not speak to the clients but merely mumble amongst themselves. Upon completion of order i specify my delivery address and the basic instruction to call prior to delivery of goods (Paid service), for the basic reason that i have never received a time for delivery - only it will be delivered during the day. And then i never receive a call PRIOR to delivery which i so clearly requested. Thank you Builders for wasting so much of my time.
