Not building up but breaking down trust.

I bought 2 Air-conditioners from the Noordheuwel Valley view branch on 04/10/2022. Paid immediately without any stress, but when it is their time to deliver the service they promise, that is a different story. I was promised installation would be done by 9am 06/10/2022 latest. The entire day I try to get hold of the branch in order to follow up with the installation team. You get sent from one person to another without any joy! You get promises of "Don't worry sir, I will follow up and come back to you" I wonder when they plan to get back to me.....maybe next year or something. Then you ask for a Direct number of the branch manager.....wow, then you must hear the excuses as to why they are not able to give the branch manager's direct number. "We don't have the branch number".....hahaha but 1min earlier you are informed "please hold on while I contact the branch"......but, Uhm....you just told me you don't have the direct telephone number......
