Northmead Express hired a new manager to had a terrible attitude when I asked for something to be fixed after one of the workers had damaged a melamine board I paid to be edged, I even went back to purchase another melamine board after initially asking for a refund when the doors I paid for was poorly cut and edged.

Please hire staff that actually enjoys interacting with customers.
