Non-Existing service and assistance

builders warehouse Centurion: absolutely disgusting service, or shall i say: total lack of. went there on Saturday morning, specifically to the wood and boards section. there were three gentleman sitting down at the MBF boards, and i asked if any of them were able to assist me in finding a specific product. I was not answered. i walked over to the yard entrance, and asked someone yet again: Could someone please assist me in finding a MDF sheet? I was sent back to the section I just came from. After a while, a fourth gentleman joined the original three, after finishing what he was busy with. I walked over, and asked him for help. He said the one gentleman that had been sitting there all along, would help me. I asked this gentleman: have you been watching me since I got here? He said yes. Did you hear me ask the three of you for help? He said yes. At that point I lost it. I told the three of them they could keep their wood, and that I thought they were absolutely useless. I left and went to the other supplier down the road. Strangely enough, they were MUCH busier than Builders. I bet it is because of the poor service!!!! Builders Centurion will NEVER see me again.
