Non existent online support

Drill press advertised on promotion, yet no stock available countrywide. Another cheaper drill press advertised at R1393, as soon as it is added to the cart, the price changes to R1790. I emailed online support, received a return email on the 3rd of May, that the pricing issue would be looked into. To date no further response and no answer to my email queries.

Pathetic service, a one star rating is still too high. Builder’s Warehouse has lost me as a customer.
