Non existant service at Buliders Boksburg

I bought a stainless steel single wash basin from Builders about two months ago. On unpacking it yesterday I noticed there were no special attachment *****s in the packaging. I went to East Rand Builders to enquire. I was asked for my purchase invoice which I admit I could not find because I have purchased goods from Builders for tens of thousands of Rand's and don't keep every invoice. The two managers were not helpful at all and almost rude, refusing to understand my situation which I understand is their company policy. I then offered to buy the *****s and this is where the problem is. If I had the invoice they will give me the *****s but they don't have to sell me. I am very sorry but I will never support Builders again. The service sucks.
