non existant customer support

non existent customer service recieved from your builders warehouse in Bracken fell. i went all the way to check for a cutting list to your brackenfell branch. i stood in line at the sales counter but the sales guys rather more interested in his whatsapp chatting then assisting me standing in line for a period of time. after which i confronted him. he was so embarrassed question is what happened to the builders warehouse customer orientated service just down the drain. i still havent even been helped out with a simple cutting list. Terrible service really disgusting
