Non existant comunication

I receive an email from them advising that "I have cancelled the Wednesday discount which I have enjoyed as a retired person". I certainly did not cancel and I have twice responded to the email address provided and once on their Chat web site to enquire as to where , when and why I would cancel the discount. Absolutely no reply after 11 days. Not exactly rated as a business to deal with!
