Non existance service

On Saturday afternoon, just after 16h00 I took a board to the cutting room to have it cut only to find nobody there, I asked one of the staff where this person was and he said he would be paged. 10 minutes later I asked another staff member as to his whereabouts and once again I was told he would be paged and would be in the cutting room in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes I went to the information kiosk and once again I was told he would be paged. I have now been waiting for more than 30 minutes staring at an empty cutting room with nobody arriving to help. I then went to the information kiosk for a 2nd time and was assured he was on his way. Well when the store started closing your cutter had not arrived, I was stuck with a piece of wood I could not use and your staff and the woman at the information kiosk had not gone out of their way at all to ensure I was assisted and I had wasted an hour of my time. SHOCKING!!!
