Non delivery of much needed cooking stove

I bought an Electric and Gas Stove on the 09-05-2020 during the lockdown, I was assisted by Zanele at Strubensvalley, its been over a month and have not received delivery of my stove. on the 05-06-2020 I called the store to enquire, and spoke to Zanele who assured me that delivery will be on the Saturday the 06-06-2020, on the said Saturday I ensured that my house has a person to receive the delivery, this was the entire day with no communication. at 17.45 I receive a call from the delivery guys ask that I am 20min am driving to him, he was impatient. then said he will surely deliver on Monday the 08-06-2020, I still didn't receive the delivery, my house is already ripped apart for the renovation and just awaiting the stove. I called on the morning of the 09th I again called the store, and spoke to the manager in the morning, then she referred me to a lady by the name of Eunice, she also couldn't give me a definite time for delivery, when I called the store again after 17.00 and spoke to the store manager Jan Nel, all he could say was that the will contact me tomorrow morning.

the reason for this review is that I bought this stove over a month ago, I have been reasonable enough in all this time to not pressure anyone for my delivery but now its enough.

can I just get my delivery, an il surely NEVER buy from this store
