Non delivery by Builder Warehouse
On 26th August I ordered a fret/scroll saw from Builders Warehouse and was promised delivery by 28th August. Even though the order has been marked delivered, I have yet to see it on 30th August. I also do not get any replies or successful solutions when contacting them to resolve this issue.

To ask me for my contact details and order number is just a way of putting this scenario away for another day.
What should have happened if Builders were interested in retaining me as a customer, Kurt should have investigated my account at the branch where he would have found my contact details as well as a record of my orders and could have started investigating immediately but no don't do that. Let us put the problem away for another day.
Kurt please investigate proceedings to refund my money.
To ask me for my contact details and order number is just a way of putting this scenario away for another day.
