Noise Disturbance

I live in a complex behind Builders Warehouse and my back wall is 2m away from their yard. The noise coming from behind this wall is unbearable and no matter how many complaints I make to them, nothing gets done. I do realise that they have a business to run and need to make this ********** noise but all we are asking is for them to please be a little considerate and move their noisy operations to a different section of their huge property where it will not be a noise disturbance to their neighbors. <br> We feel that just as they as a business have a right to make this noise, we also have a right to some peace and quiet.<br> The noise starts at 5.30am and doesn't stop until after 7pm. <br> They store their gas bottles right behind my wall and every day I hear them throwing these gas bottles around for at least an hour.<br> I have spoken to the manager about the constant beeping of their forklifts and I am told that it is law that they have to have this. So every night even after they have closed I imagine I can still hear the beeping...am I going crazy...definatley!!! <br> I now get constant headaches and am sure it is from this constant noise that I live with 7 days a week.
