Nobody wants to work

On Saturday we went to the Montana branch and we wanted to make an online purchase since they didn't have the door we want in stock. So we went to the service station and the lady there was a lot more concerned with what was happening on the phone than with helping us, we ended up not buying the door. As if that poor service wasn't enough, we were kept waiting for half an hour when we collected the fire place we bought so we thought okay we're never going back to that branch. But wait it gets worse...We went to the Gezina Branch yesterday to get a quote for roofing materials and windows, so we're told to look for Batuel, he will assist us. We find this Batuel person and give him the quote we got from Chamberlain and Buildit, and he says to is he needs our house plan... Excuse me? Our roofer got a quote from Chamberlain without our house plan and we took that quote to Buildit and they were able to make a quote for us using the chamberlain quote but he insisted that that is not possible he has to have our house plan. So then he moves on to the windows and we give him the architects drawings of the windows and dimensions, we tell him that there are two windows that we want to be 2mx1.5 he says "okay". He prints out the quote and hands it to us and doesn't say anything more. When we look at it, the dimensions are different to what was given on the drawings and what we asked of him. he didn't bother to tell us that they have standard sizes and can't deviate from that. The idiot just said "okay" So we just wasted a whole trip to Gezina just to get ****py service from people who don't want to work
