nobody seems bothered to help

Since August 2020 until Jan 2021 now I have received 6 invoices from Builders Warehouse for goods purchased by someone else using my identity. I app**** for a pensioners card and somehow some *********** individual linked my personal details, my name, my email to someone else. I have phoned head office, emailed, been into the Constantiaberg store, been told they are working on it. No one seems bright enough, or willing enough to sort it out.
