No support at all

(For builders warehouse Erasmus Kloof):

1. Incomplete delivery (damaged already before delivery) 2. Confirmed that they will deliver before end of week, but they didn't 3. Called builders a week later, can't get through to dispatch 4. Called again later, was told they will phone back, but then they didn't 5. Called again following day, still no call back 6. Called again and requested escalation, but they didn't phone back 7. Called again to request managerial assistance and was told they will phone me 8. Still no callback, still waiting, and nothing is happening

This store is absolutely pathetic, I want nothing more to do with them.
