No stock no support Builders Makhado

Went to the store on 22 Nov 2023 to purchase aircon on special as advertised. I was advised I can pay now and they will have the aircon on Friday the 8th of December ! Trying to get hold of Rich the salesman from last week Friday, but he's not available or they do not answer their phones! Logged complaints to customer care but they never respond or call me back! Went to the store on Thursday the 7th December and was told by Rich they do not have the aircon and I should wait until the end of January 2024 OR I could take another brand for R2000 more!! This is totally unacceptable ! Already arranged for someone to install the aircon on Saturday the 9th. Now I am losing out, could have bought a special from another store but thought Builders is a trusted company and would rather buy local ! Worst service ever !!!
