Order placed online and paid for in full on Tues morning 24 Sept for collection at North Riding branch. I was called on Tues afternoon by a lady to confirm that it is ready for collection. Today (Friday) we went to collect and the order is short of one item. Linda called me this morn to explain. Still waiting for Rose to call me back as requested, with a solution. Unacceptable - we have work planned without material. They need to pick up from another branch and deliver to our worksite TODAY.
