No stock and no refund either

I ordered online from a store which stated the items were in stock. On delivery date they issued an invoice for half the amount they had billed me for and then delivered half the goods (including damaged goods). Almost two weeks later I waiting for a refund of thousands of rands!! Who can afford to wait for weeks for their expensive building materials budget to not be refunded. To make matters worse I cannot have the work done on my house as I only have half of the materials!! Stay away from Builders! There online shopping is the worst decision you can make!
