No Staff to assist

I have just been to Builders In Boksburg to place an order for a 8 Drawer Space Saver made by Show Cupboards but no one could assist as there was only 1 staff member working in the department and she was busy with other clients designing a Kitchen etc (I mention there were 2 other work stations with no staff) after waiting 30 minutes and asking for help from various different staff (all stating that only the staff member that was busy with clients designing kitchens can help me) I then went to the Information counter and asked for assistance and explained what I wanted and what had happened , the Information staff member called the same staff member I was waiting and advised that there is no one else that can assist me I must wait until she is finished with current clients and then she will help me ? This could have taken another hour or even more?<br> Surely there must be more than 1 staff member working in the Department ??? and what purpose does the Information counter serve ?<br> Very poor service indeed.<br> <br> <br> <br>
